For orders up to £300 (UKP) goods will be delivered, at £2.95 regardless of weight or quantity in the UK. Extra costs will be incurred for shipping outside of the UK.
If you require delivery to an address other than the registered cardholders address please supply the shipping details when you place your order.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours during working hours or within the next 2 working days following weekends and public holidays.
Because of the nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns once an item of underwear has been unpackaged.
We supply a dimensions grid so that you can be sure that you are ordering knickers that will fit correctly, please be sure to measure your hips and apply this information to the grid so that the knickers are a comfortable fit.
If unopened and returned and no replacement goods are required, a £5 handling charge per garment will be deducted from the refund purchase price of the goods.
A full refund (including postage) will be offered, without time-limit, for faulty (by reason of manufacture but not design) Bloomers, subject to the Bloomers not having been subjected to excessive force or other operation beyond their design and/or manufactuing capability. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We make a nominal charge for packaging and postage. However, if you return items and request a refund, the difference between our nominal postal charge and the correct postage for the items sent to you will be deducted from your refund.
